specifically required by the eSignal website

Please refrain from “chronic tossing”, and only file a report
when you suspect a violation. Because Raging Bull is an open forum,
not everyone will have the same ideas and opinions. A difference in
opinion is not a “Tossable” offense.
Examples of legitimate TOS Violations include:
Spam
Spam includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized posts that
advertise or direct users to another site, repeated off-topic
statements, repeated posts of the same or similar content, and posting
of any advertisement or solicitation without prior consent from Raging
Bull.
Profanity or vulgarity
Post containing content that is deemed by Raging Bull in its sole
discretion to be obscene, abusive, hateful, racist or defamatory.
Personal attacks and threatening behavior
Continued posting aimed at a specific member that contain directly
abusive, obscene, threatening or degrading language or overt threats
of violence or harm toward a member, Raging Bull staff member or other
individual.
Invasion of privacy & posting personal information
Posting of personal information including real name, phone number,
employer, or address about an individual that has not been disclosed
by the individual on the boards.
Impersonation
Posting under the guise of another member or individual.
Multiple aliases
Posting under more than one member name, this includes creating a new
member name after a suspension or deletion.
Protected Information
Posting information that violates the intellectual property rights of third parties.
